In 2023, Clive Pharmacy witnessed a series of notable developments. March marked the transition of ownership to Natascha Roughton, who, having served as the pharmacist shareholder at Weleda Pharmacy since November 2022 and pharmacist manager of Clive Pharmacy from 2021, assumed the helm. In a strategic collaboration forged in July 2023, Weleda Pharmacy and Clive Pharmacy synergized efforts to streamline operational costs, with Clive Pharmacy assuming responsibility for the legal facets concerning prescribed anthroposophical medications.

Pharmacist:

Natascha Roughton, hailing from Morrinsville and nurtured on the North Shore of Auckland, now proudly mothers two daughters in the Hawkes Bay. A pharmacy graduate in 1999, she attained pharmacist registration in 2000. Following a tenure in hospital pharmacy spanning two years, she and her pharmacist husband embarked on the ownership journey of Inglewood Taranaki Pharmacy in 2003. Relocating to the Hawkes Bay in 2011, Natascha pursued further academic enrichment, culminating in a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Health Care in 2017 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy alongside the completion of the Eugene Kolisko Foundation course in Anthroposophical Medicine in 2019. Currently, she ardently pursues accreditation as a WHO-endorsed anthroposophical pharmacist.

P.A.C.T (Pharmacy Accuracy Checking Technicians):

Claire Langley, a devoted mother of three, native to the Hawkes Bay, has been an integral part of Natascha's team for nine years, fostering their partnership since their tenure at Weleda Pharmacy. Graduating as a Level 5 pharmacy technician in 2004 after five years in the pharmaceutical realm, Claire's dedication extends to ongoing education, as she embarks on studies to further augment her skill set as a Pharmacy Accuracy Checking Technician and a vaccinator. Moreover, she has completed the Taruna Certificate of Holistic Health course in Anthroposophical Medicine.

Shop Assistant:

Di Wood, a proud mother and grandmother, with deep roots in the Hawkes Bay, has been an unwavering presence at Clive Pharmacy, serving diligently across three ownership transitions for the past eleven years. Initially certified as a pharmacy shop assistant in Australia in 2009, Di boasts a wealth of eighteen years' experience in pharmacy operations.

Trainee Pharmacy Technicians:

Bronwyn Bullock, a devoted mother, hailing from Clive, brings her managerial skills from her time at Clive Four Square to Clive Pharmacy. Impressed by her dedication, Natascha swiftly integrated Bronwyn into the dispensary fold. Bronwyn, now pursuing her Level 4 pharmacy technician certificate and training to become a vaccinator, showcases remarkable adaptability and diligence in her newfound dispensary role.

Allison Rinkle, a mother, originally from the United States, holds a BSc in Biochemistry. Since relocating to New Zealand, she divides her time between Clive Pharmacy and Weleda NZ, where she serves as a potentiser, having received training and registration from Weleda UK. Concurrently, Allison is immersed in her training towards acquiring a Level 4 pharmacy technician certificate.

Delivery:

Penny Carr, a local resident of Clive, enriches our team as our latest addition, dedicated to ensuring deliveries throughout our community, devoting two hours daily from Monday to Friday to ensure seamless service within our vicinity.
